I have never stopped teaching and practicing since qualifying.
My deep desire is to guide you to be happier, healthier, and more spiritual in your life. Yoga is my passion. Learning never stop, and yoga practice is the key to physical and mental strength (among many other things) to deal with life challenges much better, and to transform. Join me to practice for the body, breath, and mind connection.

What is Kundalini yoga?
Kundalini yoga is a science and a technology, which has been practiced in India since 500BC. The practice was previously secretive and for the privilege of an elite. Kundalini energy is the ultimate life-force energy. It is the source of our creative power, spiritual gifts, and divine feminine energy (also called Shakti). Practicing Kundalini Yoga is used as a tool to expand consciousness and reach a state of lightness, joy, and boundless love
Kundalini is a Sanskrit adjective meaning 'coiled' or 'circular'. Kundalini shakti usually lies inactive at the base of the spine (in Muladhara chakra). It is often depicted as a serpent coiled around the base of the spine​

The practice of kundalini yoga helps to enliven and activate this life-force energy so that it can ascend through our chakras.

Kundalini yoga is a style of yoga that enables us to channel energy from the base of our spine and up into the Sahasrara (crown chakra) through a collection of chanting mantra, meditation, kriya, and pranayama

Many of us use our practice to assist in the process of spiritual evolution. Awakening this "serpent" plays a huge part in clearing the energetic blocks within us and bringing our chakras back into their innate state of balance

Kundalini yoga practice & benefits
Every Kundalini yoga class is different. However, they all combine movements (Kriya), postures, pranayama (breath-work), chanting mantras (sacred sounds), mudras (hand gestures), and meditations
​
The standard structure of a class is a series of warm-up exercises, followed by a kriya (a series of exercises for a specific outcome), relaxation, and a meditation

The Online class focuses more on breathwork and chanting mantras/ meditations

Learn how to use the breath properly while practicing a Kriya; Chant mantras; Apply body locks (bandhas); Perform mudras (hand gestures) -For better health and well-being. Get your body and mind into shape. Find peace and more happiness through the healing movements and meditation of Kundalini yoga.

My online teacher-attendee experience has been reported warm, engaging and informative. The well-designed online yoga classes will capture your spirit and intention, and might become part of your in-person yoga experience too if you can physically attend in person/ wish to practice twice weekly. ​​

​Be ready to receive the powerful sound of the Gong!
First, we will practice a kundalini yoga kriya (series of exercises) to adjust your body by consciously practicing movements with the breath.
Integrated into the yoga class is soul-inspiring music that will open your heart, strengthen your will and uplift your spirit.
Then at the end of the Kriya, you will experience deep relaxation through the healing sound waves of the gong -on every level of your bodies -physical, emotional, mental and spiritual, thus helping to bring you back into harmony. All you have to do is lay down on your mat, wrap yourself in a warm blanket, close your eyes, relax and enjoy.
Whether you are new to Kundalini and/ or gong, it will raise your vibrations, reduce stress and help bring greater clarity.
*This class may include Mantra dance and chanting after the Gong bath, to ground yourself. No chanting experience is needed. Just dance freely to the rhythm of the music and feel unconditional love and harmony.
